Important Notes

  • Many documents marked “In Appfolio” or “Executed In Appfolio” should be stored in Appfolio, not on the server
  • Exception: Surveys and plans may still need server storage
  • When in doubt about file location, check with your manager
  • Maintain proper access controls, especially for confidential and trust documents
